Carol is a phenomenal agent, we can't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. She listened to our needs, was incredibly responsive, and continually guided us in the right direction. Her expert knowledge of the market was spot on, her connections were very helpful, and she always went above and beyond. This woman hustles. If you are selling your house in Bergen County (specially in Ridgewood), do yourself a favor and hire Chris Gubb! Her reputation as one of the top realtors in this area is very well deserved. We interviewed 2 other realtors before going with Chris, and were completely blown away by the level of service we received and the deep understanding she has of the market and buyers. From getting our house ready for sale (including what exactly needs to be fixed up for sale), staging the house, arranging open houses, negotiating offers etc all the way through closing...she and her team helped us through each and every stage. Selling a house can be a hectic/stressful time, but having a top notch agent guiding you through the process can certainly make things a lot easier. We couldn't be more happier with how the whole process went!
