My husband and I met Lora at an Open House and knew right away we wanted her to be our realtor. As first time home buyers, the process was intimidating and overwhelming at times, but Lora helped guide us through with ease. She's a great communicator who is always a text/call away, she's extremely knowledgeable on Bergen County and the real estate market, and also has a background in construction which allowed for helpful renovation tips. We leaned on Lora's network to get connected to our mortgage lender, lawyer, inspector, etc and feel grateful her strong relationships set us up for such a smooth closing process. We can't recommend Lora enough!

Working with Lora of The Gubb Team was a complete pleasure from start to finish. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the market. She was able to give us realistic pricing advice which proved true when we received 18 very impressive offers in the first weekend. We followed all of her recommendations for staging our home which helped greatly in the sale. Her communication was excellent as she answered all of our questions promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally and for that we cannot recommend Lora and The Gubb Team enough!
