My family and I met Daniele at an open house we were casually browsing, and we instantly connected with her. From the very beginning, she was eager to help us find exactly what we were looking for and impressed us with how well she knew the area. At the time, my sister and I were selling our house and looking to separate into two homes while staying closer to our dad in San Clemente. Our search took a few turns, and in the end, I found a home in Coto de Caza and my sister found one in Rancho Santa Margarita. Even though it wasn’t our original plan, we were still close to family, and Daniele made the entire process absolutely seamless. She guided us through selling our home while also navigating the purchase of two others—something that could have been stressful, but instead felt smooth and well-handled thanks to her. Daniele was extremely communicative, reliable, and dedicated, even holding open houses for us while staying on top of every detail of our purchases. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. We didn’t just gain a trusted real estate agent—we gained a friend. Daniele made what could have been overwhelming an amazing experience, and I’d recommend her to absolutely anyone. She knows her stuff and truly goes above and beyond!

Daniele is a gem. The selling of our home and the purchase of 2 new homes in the wake time frame was unconventional however she made it seamless. She juggled so much that we didn’t even have to see. She was kind, prompt, knowledgeable, and covered all bases. I would recommend her over and over again. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, I’d give it.

Chadwell did an excellent job assisting us with the purchase of our house. We met him at an open house and he understood what we were looking for and started searching immediately. He was always on top of the entire process and very knowledgeable. We will be new to the area of San Clemente and his knowledge of the area is lifelong. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
