Our realtor team, Ruth and Chris, were referred to us by family friends who had used and given them rave reviews! We could not be happier we chose them for our recent sale, rental and home buying experience. Ruth and Chris were with us each step of the way, from getting our house ready to sell (with lots of tips to help us), to looking for a new house (and I swear we looked at nearly every house on the market), to finding a rental property and everything in between. They really customized our experience and went above and beyond what anyone would expect! At our initial meeting, Chris met with us and shared a little bit about their Realistate experience. It was very clear that he knew what he was doing. He came very prepared, with info on our house that we were looking to sell, the neighborhood and surrounding areas, previous sales in the area and info regarding the market so we could set the selling price just right. We were very impressed after our first meeting and they just continued to impress us from there. Ruth and Chris were great at helping us narrow our search and were very patient with making sure that we were getting into the right house for our family. Their wealth of knowledge and experience is invaluable, especially in such a crazy market! They really helped to walk us through each step of the process, taking the time to answer all of our questions and truly be available and present throughout the process. They even took our calls while they were in Disney World with their family, which means a lot when you’re wanting things to move! It has been a journey for our family and we were very fortunate to have had such amazing realtors with us through it all. And the journey doesn’t end here. They are Amazing!!! I live out of state and had to help sell my parents' home that the lived in for decades! I thought it would take weeks and more money than it did to get it ready for sale. I compared Chris's contractors with others and we ended up getting everything done in one week once I cleared the house out and way under what I expected! I only wish I had before and after pictures. We got 3 offers and settled on $500 dollars under asking price in one weekend! Had several technical questions and Ruth is definitely the legal queen! Great team don't use anyone else!

Chris listened and understood within the first meeting the exact home characteristics we desired. On day 2, every house we were shown, specifically in the Katy Community, checked all boxes. The time Ruth and Chris dedicated to us, especially since we were mostly on the west coast during transactions, was truly appreciated! Especially loved their positive attitudes and outlook!

Thank you Chris and Ruth for all your help in leasing our Nottingham home. It was an emotional decision for us due to just finishing a complete renovation of the home and the fact that we would be halfway around the world while navigating the process. You did a wonderful job keeping us informed throughout the process and reassuring us at each step.

Chris Glapa is an amazing agent. We sold our home in 9 days with 4 offers. Chris negotiated a great price for us. We then purchased a Seabrook home with him. I felt he was vested us and always looked for our best interest on the sell and buying. I will use him again.
