Amelia did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our townhouse. She was very instrumental throughout the entire process including closing. Amelia was very involved, friendly, responsive and checked in regularly.

Andre was able to find us exactly what we were looking for in a house went out of his way to make walk throughs work on our crazy work schedule answered any and all questions I had and was able to make it possible to get our first home when every other person I spoke to didn’t think they could make it work. Absolutely by far 10000% couldn’t have done it with out his help. Was able to help find a lender when every other lender send no cause of our odd ball situations. Found us a handyman on short notice to fix all issues with the house and even got the seller to pay for it all. And at the closing he even brought us personalized gifts.

If you’re looking for a realtor look no further Andre is your guy. He helped me purchase my first home, I had a lot of questions being that this was my first time. He answered every question he picked up every call. He will fight for you the sellers wanted me to close without all the repairs being done and Andre fought to make sure all repairs were finalized to my liking before closing. I highly recommend him if you’re looking to sell or buy a home trust me you wont be disappointed.

Claire did a wonderful job in selling my house. She helped me understand the process, and was great at communicating everything. She does her best to get the most for you. If I planned on staying in Orlando, I would be purchasing my next home through Claire
