Our experience with Chris Adlam and his team was exceptional. Everyone who worked with Chris before all said he's the best. And our experience confirmed it. We were first time home buyers and so Chris and his team were able to walk us through the whole process and help us understand the most critical parts of the deal. Chris' whole team (Katherine, Charlotte & Valerie) were all very helpful when it came to inspection time and getting the deal across the finish line. There's a reason why Chris Adlam is one of the top agents in the country. He's a consummate professional and my wife and I would highly recommend him and his team at Vista Sotheby's to anyone in the Palos Verdes/South Bay area.

Chris did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home in Palos Verdes. His ability to guide us through market conditions, market pricing, inspections, and transaction docs made this complex purchase a breeze. When we did have questions or concerns, he was always reachable and generous with his time. Would recommend Chris 10 out of 10 times, no better Real Estate Professional in the South Bay.

Chris did an amazing job with the sale of our house. His team took care of everything from cleaning, painting, staging and repairs through to the photos and listing of the home. There was no stress from myself at any step. The house presented amazingly and we were in contract in under a week and got us the best price. Working with Chris was a pleasure and would recommend him to anyone selling or buying in the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

Chris is simply as good as they come. We have been working w/ him for over 25 yrs. and have been on both the buying and selling side many times over. His loyalty, integrity, honesty, empathy and professionalism have never wavered. The fact is so highly respected in the real estate community is the result of many yrs. of hard work combined w/ his desire and insistence to always take the high road...Which he does each and every time. He is also a close friend and I can tell you that even in his private life he is a rock solid human and is made of pure gold. :) Would recommend him a thousand times over!
