Cheryl Bateman is the best agent that we ever worked with!! We bought and sold many homes in the past and really lucked out with Cheryl. She goes from being our sales agent to friend. She took care of all the loose ends that we did not have time for as we were going out of state. If you want to buy a home she is the one to go to. And if you need to sell, she get it sold for you! Cheryl is simply the best. She knows the Sandestin market better than anybody. She stays on top of every detail not just until the deal is signed, but until the money has cleared our bank account. Her folow thru is exceptional and her communicating skills superb. The consummate professional.
