Cheri guided me through the entire process of preparing the home's appearance, giving the tenant notice, getting all inspections and certifications. She received 5 offers in 5 days and accepted one for $5,000 over the asking price. She took care of all of the closing details. She kept me focused through the entire process. Thanks, Cheri.

Cheri makes selling your house a breeze. She knows her stuff and is on top of every detail. She was able to sell my mother-in-law's house within 3 days for over asking. She did the legwork to find out everything about the HOA and handled getting all the documentation so their was minimal work on our part. She keeps you in the loop on everything and has excellent response times. She is professional and nice. Highly recommend Cheri.
