Scott helped us every step of the way... from the first meeting, to listing the house, and getting it sold! Our sale took a few twists and turns, and Scott worked well with everyone to get questions answered and issues resolved quickly. He kept me up to date and informed me of all options, and we worked together to make the best decisions for the house and property in order to appeal to buyers and give them peace of mind. We were extremely fortunate to have Scott’s services, as we were located out of town and had to sell a family property that was badly in need of repairs. Scott was extremely adept at helping us prepare the property for sale, and navigating the services needed, and was so patient and good-natured at the same time. It was a challenging situation made easier by working with him. He is extremely easy to work with, professional, and we were all grateful for his advice and experience. The property sold quickly with multiple offers, when we didn’t think anyone would be willing to buy it given the age and amount of work needed. I would highly recommend him and would use him again if the opportunity arose.
