We utilized Chelsey Franklin and Brooke Lepine when purchasing a new build home. We signed the contract on our home in January of 2021. This home was found by me, no support was offered when signing the contract and in the nearly 20 months that followed, the agents never, in that entire time period, reached out to me of their own accord to ask how we were doing, check in, or offer to help as we go along the process. I have bought and sold many homes and have always had realtors who are with me every step of the way, offering support throughout. I did not default expect them to go above and beyond, but I did expect to have basic communication considering they are earning a lot of money off my home's commission. They were cc'ed on every single email that the builder sent, and saw the emails of me expressing how frustrated I was with the process, and still... radio silence. Not one kind word or reach out the entire time in a nearly two year period. I sent emails to Brooke that went ignored where I was pleading for advice and support. No response. Finally, they responded to one of my emails and engaged with me for about a 4 hour period, offering support from here on out. Did I hear back from them? No. Again, radio silence. Recently, we closed on our beautiful home after nearly 20 months. The agents did not show up to closing, check in or even acknowledge the fact that we just completed a real estate transaction where they benefited. They abandoned us when we put our trust in them and did not fulfill the level of service in which they claim to provide.

I ran into Kevin doing some local research, but this is the kind of agent that everyone refers forward because of his EXCELLENCE. He knows the market, knows the people, and knows how to negotiate in order to get you a deal. Doesn't matter if your buying or selling, trust me on this one and contact Kevin TODAY. You wont regret your decision!

One of the best landlords I have ever had. I lived in one of her properties for 2 years and never had any issues. She quickly addressed issues when they arose and was very easy to get in contact with.

We really lucked into having Chelsey as our agent. We didn't have an agent when began looking at homes and we found her through Zillow when we wanted to view a home. We were so glad! She was really helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and awesome to work with. She walked us through everything we needed to know, got us in to see houses we wanted to see very quickly, and ultimately was the reason we were able to purchase our home. She went above and beyond in every aspect and I can't recommend her highly enough.
