She was very helpful and quick to respond with my texts and calls. Was very helpful in making decisions on plans to sell the house. We put the house up for sale on 8/12/22 and had it sold and closed the selling process by 8/19/22 it was a very fast process but she made everything clear as we quickly went through the process

Chauntel started as my incredible realtor, and is now my incredible friend. Her experience, knowledge of real estate (especially in Kentucky), responsiveness, and professional working style made for an absolutely seamless experience when selling - especially in today's market. She prepped me for my first-time sell with all the info I needed to feel at ease, and was able to sell my house at the Open House - far above asking. Not only did she sell my home, but she referred and helped in the process of finding our next home over in Ohio. I can't recommend Chauntel enough.
