Charlie is top notch!!! From the very first "interview" phone call, he was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and even answered questions before I had a chance to ask them. He knows the market! His marketing is amazing, and he does extras like offering enhanced Zillow marketing, keeps in contact with you about how your listing is doing on different social media platforms, and will boost posts in areas that have a strong interest in your property. He is very attentive to his customers and goes above and beyond, keeping in contact with you on a regular basis. He also has a transaction coordinator who walks you through the process and sends you your documents, what items are needed etc. We have bought and sold many, many times, and Charlie is one of the best!

Charlie has done a great job for us for three separate real estate transactions. Charlie was in many ways the perfect agent: hard working, detail oriented, and did a great job communicating what was going on at all times with the sale of our property.
