In purchasing my current home, Charlie was very diligent in meeting my requests. I was out of town when the home came on the market. He went to the location and did a video walkthrough, talked me through possible issues, and helped submit an offer on the day the listing went active. Due to multiple unforeseen circumstances (buyer issues), my former home was incredibly difficult to sell. I was working out of town for much of the time, yet Charlie took care of everything - all of the details, large and small. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy OR sell a home. His work ethic, knowledge of the area and industry, and local contacts make him the right choice of realtor. I would choose him again in a heartbeat.
