I could not have been more fortunate than to work with Zach on finding and purchasing a home. Don’t let his age fool you - truly - he is competent, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, thorough, always on top of communication and a great listener. I was worried that I wouldn’t find a home with an in-law suite for my older mom, but not only did Zach help me find one, he also made sure I beat out four other offers for the same home and then advocated in my best interests with the sellers and mortgage lender every step of the way through closing. I’ve already recommended Zach to friends also looking to buy in Fairfield or nearby and will continue to do so! If you want a fantastic realtor, look no further. 10/10!!

Zach was incredibly responsive, upbeat and determined to help us find our home. We searched several towns and always had our appointments lined up and organized. We asked him to check in on a property that wasn't even listed and it's now our home! Due to Zach's willingness to be aggressive and negotiate with the developer, turned out to be the key to making it work!

Zach is an excellent real estate professional to work with. He recently represented me in purchasing my new resident. I was looking to relocate from the west coast. Zach was effective in communicating the information I needed, and very responsive for any inquiries. I felt I can completely trust him. I am very pleased the purchase was a success. Zack is the most kind young man and beyond his years in understanding exactly what I really needed as opposed to what I wanted in owning real estate. I am so grateful that I met him as he was patient with me when I changed my mind several times. The process was scary to me but Zack infused confidence in me and did so much math for me. I know that he will become one of the best professionals in the field because of his not only knowledge of real estate...but also, because of his extremely kind manner. Also, he has the most positive spirit and attitude. That alone helped me to purchase my townhouse!! He is the best! God bless!!
