I cannot say enough about CJ. He walked me through this process, made sure I was OK with each decision because this is a life decision for me. He made sure that I understood the process and made sure that I had all information available. When I had a panic attack and I had three, he was right there With ME and made sure I was OK. I ended up with an amazing deal and not only with CJ my realtor. He also became a friend. I will always sing praises of CJ thank you thank you thank you.

His expertise and knowledge of real estate will help you buy/sell at the best price. He will fight for you. We had a fantastic experience with CJ and Rachel! CJ talked us through what we could expect selling our previous home, and had excellent tips for how to process competitively and build interest. With the Mark Spain team, they had beautiful photos of the home taken, and we ended up with a great offer within a day of listing. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process! He and Rachel also helped us search for our new home, visiting several we were interested in. Again, they had great advice about how the homes compared to the market, how to negotiate through due diligence, and what to expect as we moved toward closing on the moving in! Super grateful for all their help!
