If you want an overly aggressive man to let just anyone in your home without making sure they are even qualified, he's your guy. One potential buyer who was not qualified, ended up getting combative and threatened us after weeks of asking for proof he could buy our house and us asking for a signed contract. That buyer then proceeded to harass us through the county once we told him we were done playing. Chad did and can tell you "all I can do is set appointments" "or you make them upset and they move on" if you expect them to show they are qualified to buy your home. All of this was different during the listing than it was when we interviewed for him to list. Our request was only qualified buyers for showings. You can expect to have a buyer he was going to meet, show up un announced at your door and show your own home to strangers for 45 minutes before he shows up after you called to tell him what was going on. Then he will blame the potential buyer who drove three hours because they set an appointment with him and he forgot. Oh and if you would like for him to lower the price of your home to where you are rock bottom without your consent, he is your guy. When that happened I asked repeatedly for him to fix it back to where it was, he ignored me. Until I put a public post on Facebook. But too late anyone who may have saved our home on Zillow had seen how low we were willing to go. Our home ultimately sold for much less than that low price he put on the market for weeks. Our bargaining line had been drastically moved and our hand was tipped for everyone to see. If you want him to gossip about other realtors and tell you they have been turned into the board, he is your guy. If your contract expires and you decide someone else is better suited to try to sell your home...Consider yourself black listed by him, announced by him proudly. He has and can tell you "I will now allow anyone from my office to show your house" if you dont renew a contract. Based on his aggressive and gossipy behavior, I feel any friend of his in the business followed his lead. The affect that his black listing us and listing our home for dirt cheap, has yet to be determined. Very unprofessional, aggressive and cocky. Yes I have text messages to back this up.

Chad is the bomb! He helped me purchase my first home and it was exactly what I wanted! I needed a home to run my Daycare business and do foster care. He jumped through some hoops and let me cray and then made me laugh!

Chad was very easy to work with. We could ask questions and get responses back right away. Plus he knew his stuff. He knew what our house was worth and how to sell it quickly. Very impressive guy.

Chad was a very helpful agent and he found the perfect house for my husband and I. Our entire family like Chad and appreciated his enthusiasm in spite of having to show us many homes.
