Wow. Where do we even start? It was very difficult to convince our mother to downsize out of her most favorite, and forever home on the river, but it was time to simplify her life. What a huge and emotional undertaking to move 50+ years of memories - we knew it would take a great agent to help ensure a smooth process, sale and move. Cece Miller ended up being our real estate agent angel on earth. She helped ensure the house was in exquisite shape for the move - bringing a roster of professional and trustworthy service people and technicians to take care of all of the pre-showing and post sale work, and coordinated that work personally.
