Catrice was a wonderful agent to work with. She was extremely responsive to all of my texts and always made herself available to give advice. On top of that, her local knowledge of the market and the professional connections she has in the area were extremely helpful in securing our home. She was also very patient with us and was more than happy to take the whole process at our pace. She was always willing to send us whatever information we asked for without pushing us to make an offer on anything we didn't truly love. This is our second time working with Catrice...once as buyers and now as Sellers. Catrice was amazing to work with. She was very attentive, very knowledgeable, super friendly, was OUR advocate I all aspects of selling our home. She also did an awesome job of staying in contact with us and giving us regular updates through our the process. We can't sing her praises enough.
