We met Catrell several months before we actually intended to put the house on the market. We decided to give him a try. He was polite, super encouraging, and based his suggestions on market data. He brought offers to us after the first weekend the house was on the market. We got more than we expected. If you want a positive experience he is the right person.

He was gun ho when we got a contract but when the contract fell thru , I haven't heard a word from him.He called me rushing me to sign for the buyers to get their Ernest money back and promised me a copy of the appraisal but did not send it.He said I had to sign immediately as his broker had things to do and wanted it done immediately so I had to jump thru hoops to get it done.This agent was the LISTING Agent for me.This agent was a super nice agent and we had a misunderstanding when the contract fell thru

Wow such an awesome agent!! Catrell took the time to show me many homes as well as being patient with me through this entire process. Catrell may be a new agent in town but he definitely is professional, on time, and if he doesn't know the answer to your question he will find the correct answer for his clients!! I would highly recommend Catrell any day!! Thank you for all your help.
