Barbara has been outstanding since we first met and started this process months ago. My ultimate goal was to buy land to build my house on but she showed me existing homes as well because I asked her to, so please don’t be discouraged because I only gave 4 stars as I did it because it allows room for you to grow.

Well experienced and knowledgeable of the home and area. I was looking for a great realtor to list and sell the home and Barbara with Unique Properties got it done fast. Unique properties was the listing agent and selling agent for this home and as the home owner Barbara was extremely organized. She acted with urgency to get the home sold which was exactly what any seller is looking for.

Wow!! Barbara was our best experience ever when it comes to buying a home!! She knew the area had great points of contact for home inspection people, pool people and even a property maintenance guy. My family was very happy with the experience overall.

Barbara has her heart and soul in every person she represents. Love her and would recommend her in a second to anyone! She helped me sell an inherited house and took a huge problem off my back. Wouldn’t do anything different. Trust was major.
