Cathy Howell is hands down the best realtor I have ever known and is a firm believer in giving the absolute best customer service and finding the perfect home for her clients. She has grown her team to five realtors because of how awesome she is -- and I truly believe that they each share her same care of their clients. When she came to my home she was very up front about whether this is the right time to sell my home. I appreciated her being forthright because it really wasn't. To me, a great realtor who has YOUR back is one that will tell you that. I did look at her stats and when the time comes that is right to sell, she is definitely the realtor I will reach out to. What I love about Cathy is not only that she is professional and polished, but she is down to earth and I looked at all the homes she HAS sold and the amount of time from when the houses come on the market to when they sell - she gets it DONE. She is really on top of her game. I highly recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

An absolute rave review. Cathy came very highly recommended, and she deserved every bit of the great reputation that preceded her. She is incredibly knowledge about the local property market, has great intuition about how potential buyers will see an apartment, and gives great advice on pricing and marketing strategy. She is amazingly hardworking, always got back to us with lightning speed, and gave great advice in the bargaining process. We couldn't have asked for a more capable, knowledgeable, energetic agent.
