We just bought our first home in El Sobrante and it was an amazing experience working with Catherine. I couldn't have picked a better agent to help us along this complicated and heart-wrenching journey. Catherine's knowledge of the field, familiarity with home construction, consistent hard work, thorough communication, and enthusiasm made us feel supported and confident throughout the process of buying our first home. We had a long, hard time selling our house, all of which was entirely our fault. Catherine stepped in and made everything happen in-spite of ourselves. ;-) Catherine just had a way of solving problems and maneuvering through difficult situations that made things work. Time after time, she found solutions to seemingly insolvable problems. And all with a smile and a calm "can do" attitude. In the end, the house looked great. Catherine put a huge effort into showing the house, and did a wonderful job of negotiation. Truly qualities of a seasoned realtor. Thank you, thank you Catherine...

We had an incredible experience selling our house with Catherine as our realtor. Very professional, very knowledgeable of the local area and current sales, and very helpful in keeping our costs down when preparing our house to sell. She’s someone who went above and beyond working on our behalf, always available and doing whatever was necessary to get our house sold. Highly recommend her.

Catherine was a joy to work with and is an amazing human being. She is direct and forthright, giving information quickly when asked, and a little more reticent in giving opinions so as not to sway the client unduly. She has vast knowledge of the market, the neighborhoods, the trends, the factors which will best show a property for sale. Easy to work with, she was ALWAYS accessible by phone, email or text. She went out of her way to deal with our property at the drop of a hat when we were not on hand, though it is out of her immediate area. She was always cheerful, never upset by the vagaries and delays of those in the lending business, and always positive and encouraging. I would recommend her to anyone - buyer or seller - at the drop of a hat.
