Cassie was fantastic. We were looking for a home for more than a year, and we were doing so from a distance. She was responsive to all of our communication and did a lot of legwork before we came to see houses. Once we found what we wanted, she was very helpful not only in securing the contract but helping us identify vendors who could help us make the house exactly what we wanted.

What a fantastic buying experience with Cassie as the buyers (my wife and I) and listing agent (sellers) as a dual agency. I am a prior realtor myself and this is not easy to do. Cassie is an outstanding real estate professional. Although the market for building lots in the Sapphire Valley has been weak for some time, she guided us through the process of adjusting the price for our lot, always backing up her recommendations with appropriate competing properties, etc.

Cassie successful helped us manage the sale of our Mountain home from another city. We actually excepted and countered offers while we were on a vacation in Europe and Mediterranean Cruise.
