Omar went above and beyond in helping me get a great deal on an RV lot. We bought from out of state so I was a little apprehensive.Omar took terrific videos of the lot and surrounding area.He also went out of his way to clean up their shed.Very professional and friendly, would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase real estate.

Omar is great! Very helpful, we are very pleased with him. He showed us a home from Zillow we contacted him about, but my husband thought it might be a fire hazard. So Omar took us to see sites of new homes and we bought one!! We love his honesty and personality.

My experience with Carolyn Wichman was extermely positive. I had to deal with an estate in Yuma which was remote from my home in San Diego and when I interviewed realtors Carolyn really stood out. She had access to all of the local support I needed (estate sale, house cleaning, etc. ) and her recommended price was well over the other recommendations (and she got that price). During the sale process she routinely stepped in to help address things that I couldn't do remotely and even jumped in to help clean up the house after the estate sale so we could close. I would highly recommned her.

Carolyn was amazed no though out the entire process. We were living in Japan and moving to Arizona. She sent us walk-through videos a house that we were interested in buying. The time difference was a challenge but she was very responsive to our emails, texts and phone calls. Her knowledge of the local area is fantastic. We made several decisions based on her recommendations. She is very knowledgeable and helped us to understand the process of buying a home, what to expect from the sellers and what each of the required documents for.

Carolyn was very friendly and helpful throughout the home buying process. Even giving us advice since me and my wife are first time home buyers. There were times she would go out her way outside normal hours to assist us. If we buy another home in the future I would not hesitate to ask for her services again.
