Carolyn went above and beyond for EVERYTHING! We were looking from out of state and she set up 2 day 28+ house for us to look at and helped us with exactly what we thought we wanted and what was in Goodyear area. She helped us understand the Estrella Ranch Mountain Community and took us around which we loved. She helped negotiate with great response of what we wanted to pay, was our advocate for the final walkthru because we could be there and helped me personally pick up packages and bring them in my house while we were still in Michigan. Carolyn is one of a kind and the best realtor we have had. I have sold my parents house and my house and bought this house in AZ in 2 months and she beats out any realtor!!!! Thank you Carolyn and I Know we gained a friend now in the area!

Carolyn is absolutely fantastic. We are moving from Michigan to Arizona and couldn’t have picked a better agent to assist us. Her work ethic is amazing and she will not stop until she finds the right home for you and your family. We looked at 22 houses in two days! It didn’t matter where or what time, Carolyn was there for us. Even after closing, she even has gone above and beyond. We have had so many packages delivered to our new home and Carolyn has gone by and moved everything into our garage for us since we are still in Michigan for a few weeks. Carolyn has been unbelievable during our transition. I could write a book about how fantastic she is. Please reach out to her if you are looking for a new home. She will not disappoint. Carolyn was really easy to work with. She immediately understood what we were looking for and made the whole process easy. We live some distance from the property we bought and Carolyn met the inspector for us and did a video walk through just before closing saving us the trip.
