We worked with Michael Randles and he was extremely professional in every way possible. When we set out to purchase our forever home we gave him specifics on what we were looking for and told him we were not in a hurry. We live over 2 hours away and he scouted out homes for us to look at. He did not waste our time showing us homes that he knew we would not be interested in. He took videos and sent them, he made sure that the home had RV parking and also the exact square footage were were looking for. Over a month or so he found us the perfect home. That was not an easy task because my wife is very picky, even more so than I. He helped us through the process. Like I said we live 2 hours away and we could not just drop a hat and be there. Michael is an absolute professional and I would recommend him to anyone. We cannot wait to move into our forever home and call Yuma Home. Thank you so much Michael.

Excellent! Ed has helped me with selling and buying a few properties. For this transaction, he assigned Jessica Running. She is wonderful! Very responsive and knowledgeable of the market. She assisted with little details to facilitate the sale and is vey easy to work with. I would highly recommend the whole team. They’re awesome!

I would like to share the wonderful experience that I had working with Miranda of the Sexton Group. I contacted her in November, and we began looking at houses. She was very attentive to my needs, learning that I had some family heirloom furniture that I had visions of displaying in the new place. She also found out that I have many vehicles and trailers that would require a large lot and multiple garage spaces to accommodate my desires. She was very patient with me and spent time learning what my visions were. We were also waiting on the sale of my property in another state to get in final stages before I wanted to move forward with making my choices in Yuma. Miranda set up many showings and re-showings, got the inspections scheduled and worked with vendors to get quotes on the things that I wanted fixed on my final choice. Her suggestions, and support staff were fast and communicated the status and information quickly and politely all the time. This was a fantastic experience, and I could not be happier with the knowledge she and her team displayed.

This company robocalls us in Canada daily. There's never anyone on the line of we answer, just music. And no one is available to take our call if we call back. We've tried getting them to stop calling us and remove is from their calling list with no success. This has become so annoying that even if we decide to purchase anything it will not be from this company.

Danette Nicholls was our listing agent for my parents home in the Fortuna Foothills of Yuma. She was wonderful to work with. The home was priced right, which created a lot of foot traffic when it hit the market. The end result was a bidding war between three parties. The final sale went for 40K over asking in 48 hrs.
