We contacted Christine on 11/25/2025 to talk about listing our property in Yuma, Az. She listed the property and helped with pricing the property and we accepted an offer on 12/6/2025 and closed on 12/29/2025. Christine was in contact with us and kept us up to date in every step of the process. We would highly recommend her because her knowledge and personality made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Christine presented herself as Experienced, Professional, Knowledgeable and a Hard worker. I can say she excelled in all of these areas and more while working with us to List, Market and Sell the House. EVEN BEFORE TAKING THE LISTING, she provided many man hours of expertise, advise and recommendations. This included a thorough market analysis, recommendations of minor repairs and improvements and was always available to address our questions and concerns. Once the house was listed with her firm she worked tirelessly to promptly find a buyer for the house (a relatively quick sale was a priority). Indeed within two working weeks, we were under contract. During the Escrow and Closing Process Christine provided us expert advice and service beyond my expectations, truly acting as our trusted advisor and facilitated an on time closing to everyone satisfaction. I would absolutely hire her again as a Realtor/Broker and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who needs a Realtor they can trust.

Christine did an amazing job helping me sell my house here in Yuma. Her knowledge, patience, and professionalism were unmatched. Christine made selling of our loved home easy and profitable. With her knowledge of how to show a home we had our 1st appt. within 3 hours once it was placed on Zillow. Because of her experience she was invaluable in helping us with the numerous offers that were made. She is very responsive to our questions or concerns. She works tirelessly to get your home sold for the right price whatever the day of the week it is. She not only walks the walk but talks the talk.
