We couldn’t have been more impressed. During our first meeting, Christine took pages of notes. She gave us her general comparative analysis and said she’d review her appraisal after cross-referencing her notes. From that meeting alone, she became our gut-level choice and we were not wrong. Her advice was spot on and our house sold in record time. We are very grateful for her professionalism, attention to detail, and overall knowledge. Christine is incredible. No one in the area can match her experience and knowledge. I traveled to Yuma on a limited schedule and she prioritized getting me in to see as many properties as I wanted, and ultimately recommended the perfect house that was not one of my original picks. She is genuinely trustworthy, and you should trust her to help you navigate the market. Highest recommendation.

She has a great balance of sharing her knowledge and listening to what we want. We changed what we were looking for a few times and she never made us feel like we were bothering her. She made time and changed her schedule to help us. I can’t say enough good things!
