Carly helped our family purchase a second home in Kure Beach, NC. She had excellent knowledge of the area and was able to answer any and questions we had. We looked at numerous homes over the course of several weeks, and Carly was extremely patient throughout the entire process. Buying a home is overwhelming and usually the largest purchase anyone can plan on making. With that said, you really need an expert to assist in all areas. Choosing the right person is also not easy, because you really never know what kind of experience you'll have. I'm no exception and can have high expectations, but Carly delivered in every way. She helped us purchase a second home in Carolina Beach, which we are so excited about. She was a wealth of knowledge, knew the market, completely transparent and honest, but most importantly VERY responsive. Carly was great, start to finish and went above any expectations we had. We will definitely work with her again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
