We were connected with Rainey by chance, but I’m so glad we found her! She is a wealth of local knowledge and resources - definitely the kind of agent you want working on your behalf. Throughout the ups and downs, she was steady and thorough. We had an experience where we pulled out of a contract during the due diligence period due to issues that arose during the inspection, and she showed so much care in helping us to navigate that challenging situation. We closed on our new home last week and the seller’s agent specifically noted that he loves working with Rainey. She is a gem, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Ariana made this experience so easy. Living out of state and purchasing a home would normally be a big challenge but Ariana was on top of everything! She attended many meetings on my behalf and went above and beyond. She was extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of. She had recommendations for every professional that we needed...and all of them were great!

I can’t say enough good things about Rodney, and our experience with him, while purchasing our home in Wilmington. In a very tough market in the area, Rodney looked tirelessly to find us a home. He was always available every time we needed him, and answered every question we had. You could not find an agent with more knowledge of the area. He also has a vast knowledge of the builders and things to look out for when purchasing a home. Rodney is a good man and it’s been a pleasure working with him. Rainey was so helpful throughout the entire process. Being new to North Carolina, she helped us with negotiating ,coordinating viewing and even linking us with local contractors for future upgrades. She helped us find our dream house and we are forever grateful!
