I was fortunate enough to have Rainey helping me find my first home. I initially told her I wanted to stay close to work and she was able to find some great houses near there. After looking at all of them and realizing they needed a lot of work done - I finally told her to just find me a house I will like no matter where it is in Wilmington. Well boy did she deliver! She found the PERFECT house for me! I’m obsessed with black and white and she happened to find a house that was black and white in a great neighborhood with a great price that didn’t need much work done to it (which is exactly what I wanted). When looking at some houses earlier in the process that I was considering- she would immediately pointed out things that weren’t good about them. She was honest, responsible, always available, extremely caring, patient, and extremely knowledgeable of all the house builds and the areas… and I could definitely tell she wasn’t just trying to to sell me anything to sell it - she truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase! I’ve been in my house for 3 months now and I can tell you I’m truly happy with my purchase and I owe it all to her! I would recommend you only use her for all your real estate needs! Rainey was outstanding to work with! We had to search and purchase a home sight unseen from thousands of miles away and Rainey went above and beyond in every aspect! As daunting and stressful as this process could have been, Rainey made it seem easy and seamless. Her communication, guidance, flexibility, and expertise are unmatched; we were truly in the best hands. Even after closing, she is still bending over backwards to check on the home and coordinate yard care until we move. I can’t recommend Rainey enough!

Ari was a tremendous help throughout the process of buying my home. She was very responsive and flexible with her time when it came to seeing a house as soon as possible, swinging by my house that was under contract so I could measure certain areas, checking in on me to ensure I was comfortable, etc. 10/10 recommend using her as your agent, extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable!
