Carlos Evans

Carlos Evans is a REALTOR® with Compass Real Estate in Bethesda. He is licensed in Maryland and D.C. He started in real estate in 2005 as a real estate investor after spending 12 years in the information technology field as a sales engineer. Carlos’ niche is working with real estate developers and builders, and his astute technology background allows him to stay ahead of the curve while serving his clientele. Even as a top-producing agent, he continues to invest in education and training in order to remain highly competitive in the marketplace. He appeared on several episodes of HGTV’s Get it Sold. Carlos specializes in working with developers and investors, Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) transactions, 1031 Starker exchanges and adding to the luxury market portfolio. His other specialized areas of knowledge include sports athletes, and multi-unit/condo conversion projects. Carlos holds two distinguished designations: CRS and CIPS. Carlos served on GCAAR’s Education and Grievance committees. He is currently serving a two-year term on the GCAAR Board of Directors. He is an avid runner and enjoys traveling, dining out and spending time with his family.
