From our 1st meeting on the site as well as the snags and hiccups that happen along the way , Chance has been a total professional and has always kept his composure and his attention to detail is 2nd to none. I would have no problem recommending Chance to any one of my friend and / or my family he is a knowledgeable,witty, engaging person to have in your corner if that corner is real estate. Chance helped me out with every question I had, even when I called him at random times he would always get to me within the hour. Showed me multiple houses and even gave me his best advice on properties that would be beneficial to me and my specific needs. The professionalism he displayed through the whole process and the easy to use website allowed me to crunch numbers and estimate how much I would be paying monthly.

We wish we had MK for our agent in Arizona. She stayed with us for a very long process helping us and our niece look for the perfect place to buy in the Canyon Lake area. MK spent almost a year searching for the perfect place for us. Once we found the perfect place, MK stayed on top of things to make sure that the escrow closing went smoothly. She went above and beyond with her communication with us, and all the other parties involved. We had a very complex contingency with one home being sold in Arizona so we could buy our home in Canyon Lake, and those sellers could buy their new home in the Canyon Lake area. We could always count on her to follow through on whatever she said. Fast to respond. Highly recommended.
