After falling in love with an extremely unique property for sale in Cambria and realizing the idiosyncrasies of owning property in Cambria, we knew we had to engage an agent based in Cambria. Talking to a handful of agents, it was obvious Bruce was the most knowledgeable and had the most experience buying and selling in Cambria. His 40+ years and background in building, refurbishing and designing homes and buildings in Cambria was incredibly beneficial. And because the property sellers had enormous emotional attachment, Bruce had the perfect demeanor and empathy towards the situation. Bruce is a pro, knowledgeable, knows everyone in town, patient, and extremely level headed (unless you show up to his secret surf spot with 5 friends!).

Bruce & Shelley assisted with the sale of our home of 40 years. I moved across country during the sale, and they were very helpful and instrumental in assisting us with hiring trades and completing minor home repairs as well as providing smooth coordination with our estate sale agent. They are very knowledgeable of the local Cambria market. Shelley was extremely prompt, thorough and accurate in responding to all questions and items needing to be addressed during the process. Bruce and Shelley helped my brother and I sell multiple properties after a death in the family. They helped us with the transactions but also the little things. They would check on the properties, hire and schedule trades people and just offer a helping hand when needed. Bruce brings decades of experience and Shelley brings the organization and the energy. Perfect team. All in all they helped us buy and sell five properties.

When we met Shelley Savoie, we were just exploring. We knew we loved the area where we were home shopping, but we knew nothing about the neighborhood itself. Shelley took us to see several houses, she listened whole-heartedly as we listed our hopes and shared how limited we felt by budget. She let us take the time we needed to explore each home we visited, always ready with details about the property when we had questions, but never imposing her opinion or pushing us toward any decision. She knew, for us to be happy, we'd have to listen to our guts and she let us discover how we felt so we could trust the big decision we were making, deep down. Because of Shelley, we live in our dream home in our great, safe neighborhood. Shelley introduced us to our neighbors and wanted to make sure we felt welcome. She ran errands for us as we lived out of town (initially) and always had a referral in her back pocket if we needed a contractor, painter, or pest control vendor. She made buying our first home fun and easy and if she sensed we were stressed, she helped us talk through the concerns so we could focus on the wonderful experience of owning a home for the first time. I'm so grateful. My husband and I always say that Shelley was the perfect ambassador for our town -- honest, smart, trustworthy, kind, and generous with her time and skill. If we ever move, Shelley will be the first person we call. And if ever anyone we know is looking for a realtor, Shelley is the only name we give out.
