Best experience yet, and this is my sixth home sale. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, timely and connected. House sold for more than expected, and within only days of being on the market. I highly recommend Brooke and will most definitely work with her again should the need arise. Thank you, Brooke!

We found Brooke Mora from a sign in someone’s front lawn and we’re so glad we did. Even though it may have not been the best time to buy a home she helped us navigate through a very tough market. She helped us stay positive and in the end we found the perfect home for our family.

Brooke was an excellent resource during my home investment process. She listened to my desires for my future home, and set up several viewings, all of which were on point with what I was envisioning. When we revisited a previously viewed property, she instantly knew that I was sold and ready to move forward with the purchase process. Her relationship with my preapproved mortgage company was immediately evident as she worked with them to lock-in the 2.25% interest rate and close within the 45 days I had requested. During the due diligence date, she was vigilant on every front - Home Inspection, VA Appraisal, repair progress, and more. I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking to purchase their next home. She was a joy to work with and she helped me with the purchase of what I hope to be my forever home.

We started to work with Brooke this past April during the Covid Pandemic. Being our first home purchase it was pertinent that we had someone on our side that knew the ins and outs of the real estate business. Brooke is amazing. She knew what we wanted and was extremely helpful during the entire process. We made multiple offers on homes and she really had our backs when it came time for final walk through. She went to bat for us when things we had negotiated on with the seller weren’t done up to par and she is the reason our deal closed! If we ever need an agent again I hope that we could have the pleasure of working with Brooke again!
