No need to look any further for a realtor. Brooke is honest, trustworthy, empathetic, incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, super responsive, and lovely to work with. She knows her stuff, keeps you organized and makes sure you are fully prepped of what is to come, handles everything with precision that you never even have to worry about missing something. She helped find and win our dream home for us, and kept us at ease the whole process, taking care of every little step, keeping us informed the whole way, and quickly responding to every single question that we had.

Brooke was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and thoughtful -- she turned our first home-buying process in a very competitive market into a manageable process. I could not recommend her enough. She was incredibly easy to communicate with, returning texts and calls well outside of business hours, and went above and beyond to make our offers as quick, complete, and competitive as possible. Not only was she incredibly hard-working and professional, but she was genuinely interested and invested in our lives and priorities for our future home. I will gladly work with her again in the future, and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Brooke was great from the very start of the home buying process. She took the time to meet me in person and go over all of the paperwork I’d eventually be completing. That was so helpful, particularly as a first time homebuyer. She was always very responsive and willing to work around my schedule. She really was such a calming presence during such a stressful process. She believed we would find MY house and we sure did thanks to her. I hopefully won’t be selling my home anytime soon, but I would definitely have Brooke as my agent and would absolutely recommend her to friends.
