We are so grateful to have had Brooke help us in the process of buying our first home! We had been working with Brooke for a while, and through the difficulties of the market and our lists of wants and needs, it became a longer journey than we’d had hoped. Although we had lost offers due to the competitiveness of the market, she always stayed uplifting and positive that we will find our perfect home. She always gave honest advice and guidance if we were unsure about something within a home and what the best option and offers to give would be. She is extremely responsive, as there were numerous times I had very last minute requests for a tour and she figured out a way to make it happen. There were times we looked at a handful of homes and decided not to put in offers because of it not meeting expectations, and Brooke was always so supportive and kind. She never made us feel uncomfortable when we looked at a home we weren’t even sure we liked, but she made sure to get us in to double check. We walked away not only having her as our realtor but she became a friend as well! She used her expertise and went above and beyond to push for us to get our home and we are so thankful for that. Having her support and seeing how happy she was for us made it worthwhile, as you could tell how much she truly cares about seeing our joy of getting our perfect home. She made our settlement day even more special and emotional and we are so happy to have had her on this journey! It was so well worth it. We can’t recommend her enough!

Brooke is amazing! We asked her to help us search for a needle in a haystack, in the 2025 housing market, and she made it happen much quicker than I think any of us expected (including her). Brooke's help and guidance along the way was invaluable, she went above and beyond to bear as much of the weight of the process for us. We hope to be in our new home forever but I know where I will refer my friends who are thinking about buying and selling!

So grateful to Brooke for helping my partner and I secure our first home! She was recommended to me by a family member who had only wonderful things to say about her experience working with Brooke, so I knew we would be in good hands. We are not from the area, so it was important to us to have an insider's perspective on what towns were best suited for our lifestyle needs. Brooke's knowledge and expertise really helped us narrow that down and land on a home that checked all our boxes. In such a competitive market, we were glad to have Brooke on our team, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy!

It is difficult to overstate how good Brooke is. She spent close to two years with us hunting for "the one" and in the end, landed us our dream home. But what does that actually entail? It's so much more than just touring houses and handling the closing- she gave us a true education in how to craft the perfect, most enticing offer your can muster, showed us all of the little things we needed to get our old home prepped and ready for sale and so much more. But again, it's more than just the mechanics of real estate transactions- Brooke has so many connections to local tradespeople, township officials, mortgage lenders and more, it's enough to make your head spin. Don't worry though- while your head is spinning from everything going, she is 100% dialed in and will get you over the finish line. I really can't thank her enough for getting us into our dream home (not to mention our starter home as well, most of a decade ago!). Stop reading now and pick up the phone, for real (don't worry, she answers at all hours of the day).

We have worked with Brooke twice over the past few years and each time it feels like you’re working with an old friend. Even though house searching/buying is the most stressful time, she keeps you at ease while doing her best to secure your dream home(s). She’s always responsive and helpful and goes over and beyond her realtor duties. We’d use her again but most importantly, would highly recommend to family and friends!!
