We first met Brittney back in 2019 in Kitsap, WA while we were pregnant with our second born. We were looking to sell our house quickly, and move closer to base. Last year, 2023, we decided it was time to sell a lot we owned back in WA as well. We didn’t have to think twice about reaching out to Brittney. She has been the best realtor we have worked with, she is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and best of all patient. Our first experience with her with the selling our house was great, she was able to get our house on the market quickly, she did awesome advertising, and by day 5 we had already accepted an offer. Our second experience with Brittney, while selling our lot was great as well. This one was a lengthier process, however, it was by no means due to Brittney, as she always kept us up to date, and informed as to how things were going. Needless to say, we did close on the sale of our lot, and we could not be more grateful. Our advice to future buyers or sellers is to pick the right agent….pick Brittney she will honestly make the experience way easier, her knowledge and patience, as well as understanding the market will help you achieve a great outcome.

I wanted a Realtor who knows the area inside and out. I couldn't think of anyone other than Brittney Bell. She was very helpful and explains anything I didn't understand when it comes to renting, buying, or selling a home. What I valued most about her service was her outstanding work ethic and availability. During my move transition out of state, my mind was at ease selling my home.

Brittney did an outstanding job selling our home in Bremerton while we were on the road traveling to our new home in Texas. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and took care of things that needed fixing after the inspection.
