Briant was amazing helping us sell our house. Because of an underlying issue with our house (that we didn't know about) it could have been a VERY stresful selling process but turned out to be very manageable thanks to him. He walked us through the process and made us feel comfortable about all the steps we needed to take and what they would handle. This was our first time selling and we learned a few things about the importance of having a top notch realtor: - Pricing - to get the best offer, you need to price the house just right. - Momentum - Its important to get all the interested shoppers all lined up and interested - there is kind of a window when propertyies are new and exciting to the market, and if you don't get everything lined up right you can start to lose momentum His expertise really shined when there is a problem to deal with. In our case, the problem was with an old home where inspections uncovered fairly serious issues that we had to deal with. - He kept going like energizer bunnies, kept the momentum going holding multiple additional open house events keeping interest high - Meanwhile he helped us through fixing our issues by helping us with vendor contacts and giving us advice on how to handle repairs Paperwork was easy, most everything done online until the end and they send a notary out to where you are for the final signature.

As a first time homebuyer, having Briant on our side was nothing less than spectacular. I couldn’t be happier with the out come of the purchasing process, which I can attribute to Briant’s extensive knowledge and experience. Not only was he professional from the start, but also very personable, with genuine empathy and a strong will to put forth his effort to make the experience as painless as possible. There was never a question unanswered, which he either knew or knew someone had. Briant’s extensive resources in this industry included personally recommended colleagues, who all helped tremendously through the process. There’s nothing like the feeling that you have a team behind you when dealing with life changing events, and we have him to thank. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Briant for our first time homebuying process.
