Briana and her team are outstanding!!! Prior to Briana and team, my property had been listed with another agent. Results did not meet my expectations. Briana and her team looked at my property. They came back to me with a realistic asking price and a strategic plan to market my property. I agreed and the property went on the market. Interest quickly picked up. Much to my surprise (and delight), an offer was made on the property 20 days after listing and I accepted!!! I was kept informed of the progress through escrow. When an issue arose in escrow, Briana and team was quick to notify me. The issue was resolved in minutes. From that point forward, it was smooth sailing. I have nothing but 5 star ratings for Briana and her team: due to their knowledge of the area, the property was correctly priced, any questions I had were promptly addressed and most important to me there was someone with me as we began the escrow process which can be an issue. In this case, due to the knowledge of Briana and team, it went smoothly. I should add that this was an estate sale and that I was 3000 miles away. However, I received the courtesy, care and attention as if I was next door! Again, I cannot thank Briana and Team enough for all their assistance and support!

All aspects of our relationship was done at the highest level of professionalism . All questions where respond to in a timely bases and where explained with clarity so that I understood to my satisfaction. They advised me as to which way was the best direction to sell my house.

Briana and her team did an excellent job selling my home in a fast andprofessional manner. She and her team understood my needs and wants and I am so happy to have gotten excellent results, with an offer that exceeded my expectations. She was always working hard to get my property seen, and has great negotiating skills that saw me through the initial offer, appraisal, and inspection, until I moved out. I would use her services again in a heartbeat!
