Brian Durkin was, and is, a complete pleasure to work with in both buying and selling a home. His knowledge, friendliness, and responsiveness made a stressful process in our lives far better than it could have been. I appreciated his candor and ability to see the positives as well as the problems with properties we looked at in the journey. My experience with Brian was wonderful he was very informative in answering questions that I asked of him, and he was in tune with what I liked and didn't like in looking at the home he tried to stay within the budget of my approval he showed interest in what I like and tried to stay away from places I didn't like he did show me a property that fitted me and I purchased it and love it Brian was very nice to work with he was wonderful
