She and her staff were very attentive and helpful with my requests. I requested to enter the purchased property before closing a number of times. They were always willing to accommodate. They also face timed and checked out potential properties before my arrival in Florida so I knew which ones were possibilities.

Brehna was absolutely the BEST ! From our very first meeting right up until the closing of our sale she was outstanding. She is very personable as well as very knowledgeable with a charming calm personality. You are made to feel important and comfortable. She is super quick to answer any communication and she gets back to you with the answers promptly. There could be no one better to help you with your real estate situation. Our situation was a bit unique as we were selling our home while waiting to build a new one in another state. It took a while to get everything done but Brehna stood by our side through the entire process.

Was available and helpful for interior process of buying a Florida home for us. Especially helpful considering we live in Buffalo NY , opposite ends of the East coast.

Top Notch agent! I have worked with multiple realtors over my last 15 years of investing and selling and Brehna is by far the best at her craft! Anyone can sign a client but not everyone knows how to treat a client. With that being said, I have been super impressed with her level of communication, she is early to rise and a go getter! Honestly, she is an example of how everyone in the industry should approach their career!
