I located Brandon Geers through Zillow and we had a great experience working with him. He helped us navigate a complex home purchase in Winter Park and he helped us sell our old home in the Conway area. Brandon and the Fusilier Group hit a home run! They handled all of our minor issues that arise with a home purchase and sale. This is why I will recommend Brandon and Fusilier Group to anyone. They made the process easy for us and handled all the details so we felt comfortable with everything. We love our new home in Winter Park and we made a good profit from the sale of the Conway home. Brandon was awesome! Knowledgeable, helpful and he wasn’t a pushy salesy realtor. I really felt like I was his only client. The process was very easy and I felt he had my best interests in mind the whole time. I definitely recommend working with Brandon and intend on working with him again in the future!

I cannot emphasize enough how easy and enjoyable Brandon made the home buying process! Working in the residential mortgage industry, I am extremely particular when it comes to my own real estate transactions. Throughout the entire home buying process Brandon and his team proved to be a knowledgable and trustworthy real estate professionals. He was accessible day or night for any questions and always was quick to send over new listings for me to review. For each home we toured, Brandon went above and beyond to ensure I was the FIRST prospective buyer to visit each property, giving us the upper-hand in submitting offers in this super hot market. When we finally found "the one" our first offer was accepted at $10k below list with seller-paid repairs included!! Without Brandon's expertise, I would not be in the home I am in today. I look forward to using Brandon and his team again in the future for all my real estate needs.
