“Show me the money”, Bob was awesome, presented a plan to wife and myself. We were closed in 5 weeks, couldn’t have asked for better experience. The whole Real estate process has changed in the last 23 yrs since we bought, but Bob made it a very pleasant process.

Bob is the most down to earth, genuine, and caring realtor out there. He went above and beyond to make my experience of being a first time home buyer worth while. Not only did he always have a solution to the problems that seemed unsolvable, he made sure to put my needs first in every situation. The ongoing joke as well is "Bob I know a guy" because he always had a personal reference when something was needed. Whether it's trees, plumbing, electrical, or lock needs, Bob knows a guy who can help. 10/10 will be recommending and using Bob for all future needs. I look forward to staying in touch with him!

Bob is hands down one of the best realtors I have ever met. He was my 3rd realtor for the sale of my home, and I wished he was my first. He is highly educated, and not only diligent and incredibly good at what he does, but he has a passion for it. He is everything that you would want in a realtor-professional, communicative, responsive, he knows the market and he knows how to get the deal done quickly and angled in your best interest, while being calm, cool and working well with other agents. I cannot say enough good words about him. If you are considering a realtor, with so many choices out there, this is your guy. Bob is top notch! Im super grateful I found him and I would hire him again and again.

Working with Bob on finding my first home was a very seamless affair. He is extremely knowledgable, was able to answer any questions I had about the processs as well as some homeowner related questions. What at the outset seemed like a stressful process was made easy working with Bob. He is very experienced and was able to guide me to a winning offer in this competitive real estate environment. He was always professional and would reccomend his services to anyone looking to buy in and around the Nashville area especially if its their first home purchase.
