Bob is an outstanding realtor. Very knowledgeable in the buying process. He was available to meet me to show me houses whenever was convenient for me & really took time to explain the differences or perks + cons to the properties. Bob connected me to a mortgage lender, title company, and insurance agent that streamlined the process and made everything go so smoothly. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Bob was a pleasure to work with over the time we looked for and closed on a house. He was knowledgeable about what to look for, who to contact for specific house questions, and how the process works. For anyone looking for a realtor that has your interest, I would say he fits the bill.

“Show me the money”, Bob was awesome, presented a plan to wife and myself. We were closed in 5 weeks, couldn’t have asked for better experience. The whole Real estate process has changed in the last 23 yrs since we bought, but Bob made it a very pleasant process.

Bob is the most down to earth, genuine, and caring realtor out there. He went above and beyond to make my experience of being a first time home buyer worth while. Not only did he always have a solution to the problems that seemed unsolvable, he made sure to put my needs first in every situation. The ongoing joke as well is "Bob I know a guy" because he always had a personal reference when something was needed. Whether it's trees, plumbing, electrical, or lock needs, Bob knows a guy who can help. 10/10 will be recommending and using Bob for all future needs. I look forward to staying in touch with him!
