Bill was able to help us navigate the local process differences towards a successful closing. We were renting 3.5 hours away from the home we were building. Bill's willingness to monitor and photo the progress on the build minimized our 7 hour round trip visits. Post closing, he helped us understand the local property tax laws and provided information on the process to ensure our property tax rate was minimized.

I was moving from Denver to Conway South Carolina. I got Bill through zillow, and I t9ld him what I was looking for and price ranges. He quickly draft me up houses in my price range and locations not in flood zone was also provided without me asking. When I arrived to see the house, Bill took the time to show me the houses I requested to see, tell me a little about each location. Bill will was very helpful with the process of buying a home, he will do virtual tours of some of the houses, even the same day sometimes. I decided on a new build house, and everything was closes smoothly in December of 2021. Very kind and helpful. Thank you again Bill.
