Betty is wonderful!! I knew I liked her from the moment I met her. She definitely knows her business when it comes to selling a house, she knows her business!! My husband and I was very impressed with her and would highly recommend her to buy or sell a house.

she helped me with a difficult hard to understand contract, people were in home on purchase date, they moved out within 3 days later, if you buy a home from a home buyer investor make sure to check the contract and that you possess the property at closing, and do not agree to people living in the home at closing and you not being able to possess the property at closing, the laws are in favor of the tenants, for instance if they signed a 5 year lease you have to honor that and you now are a landlord with renters, when you just wanted to buy a house to live in, Betty helped me alot with this process, she is friendly and helpful

Mrs. Betty is amazing and so wonderful! We are first time homebuyers and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! She is very quick about answering all questions and helped us find the perfect home! I had no clue what this process was and she was so patient with us and explained everything!
