I highly recommend you do NOT use Terry Lewis. I found him to be a terrible agent and unethical. He was non-responsive and he failed to get my offer to his client in a timely manner. He admitted he did not submit it right away and instead waited until the end of the day, which was right before my offer expired. I did not want an agent yet he kept insisting on representing me on the purchase of his listing so he could double end the deal. He told me he charged a 6% commission regardless if I had an agent or not and it was non-negotiable as he didn't "work for free." He would be paid by his seller so I was not asking to "work for free." I felt treated very dishonestly and consider his behavior very rude and definitely not in the best interest of his client as I nearly rescinded my offer and walked away due to his behavior. I will never work with Terry Lewis again and recommend you do not either.

He is an A+ real-estate agent who really cares. He consistently went above and beyond to not only take care of the sales process, but also handled repairs since I was out of state. I highly recommend him.

Paul was just like a friend selling this home. Paul make it quick and easy with the buyer. He made sure we were comfortable with whatever we did and was truly such an easy process. Working with Paul kept us with little to no stress. Highly recommended!

Bert is awesome. I've dealt with several agents over the years and I can tell you that Bert is one of the best. He is super responsive, friendly, and goes the extra distance. As a person investing from a distance, it is important to have someone who will communicate with you in a regular fashion. Bert always gets back to me right away and provides tons of information. He's a joy to work with!!

Bert was more than helpful, answered every question we had being first time home buyers, and was very kind. When we were in the process of looking he always worked with our schedule and got us in to look at the house within a day or two. If we ever decide to sell/buy again, we will definitely be using Bert.
