I met Devang at a showing and his friendly, honest, and non-pushy manner won me over. He continued to be friendly, communicative, and professional throughout the whole process. He provided us with many watch outs and cautions which were helpful and walked us thru the process and paperwork. He got the job done, well and quickly.

I was searching for the right agent for quite some time because I needed an investment property, not a typical single-family home. Many agents I spoke with approached it the usual way, without fully understanding the specifics of income properties. Andrew was different from the very beginning. He was extremely attentive to details and took the time to understand our exact situation and goals. He clearly knows what to do in complex scenarios and inspires a lot of confidence. This is an agent I can truly rely on. Our situation was not simple — we needed the title under an LLC, and DSCR loans are extremely difficult to obtain in the Bay Area.
