I will recommend Benjamin as a realtor to anyone who wants business done, fast and efficient. This guy literally will bat up for you. He made phone calls to buyers agent, buyers agent lender, escrow officers followed up, kept me informed. literally got me the results I needed . sold my house more than what I was hoping for This is the guy you want on your team a real top-notch salesman who brings value and experience do yourself a favor and go with Benjamin.

I had multiple horrible experiences with different agents upon listing my property multiple times without success. From the moment I contacted Benjamin I cannot express enough of how impressed I was with his remarkable professionalism. From the moment I engaged his services, it was evident that I had made the perfect choice with my selection. I needed a swift sale so I could move on with life’s next journey, moving out of CA. He and his team surpassed all expectations in an unbelievably short amount of time. They strategically positioned my property to attract multiple offers, I was so happy. But then the buyer fell out of escrow, and Benjamin had me back in escrow within the next 2 days, making the experience seamless and stress free. Benjamin’s dedication and commitment were evident in responding to ALL my text and calls no matter what time it was. I’ve had other agents state, “I was doing me time” and another stated “it was family time” then forgot about me. I felt Benjamin was always honest, transparent, and extremely efficient. Ben did a amazing job helping us siff through listing and constantly adjusting it to our needs. He took the time to see many houses and was very knowledgeable in age, condition, possible repairs and remodels. The best thing I would say is, Ben was very patient and did not pressure to choose a house. He wanted to make sure we found "the one" before we discussed the next steps. During the negotiation he was also great in making sure we were covered and didn't buy a home with unexpected surprises. Overall he made the experience smooth and helped us each step of the way.
