I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Cristina Caministeanu. She is professional, courteous and overall one of the best Realtors in Redlands that we have ever worked with. She is outstanding with keeping in communication, listening to our concerns and always giving honest and extremely helpful suggestions. Her staging of our property was amazing and transformed our simple property into a luxury home. The sales process was smooth and stress free. Cristina did an outstanding job! Her expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive selling price. She did a wonderful staging to help for sell. The promotional photos of the house are also high quality. She is friendly and easy communication, gave great advice and has professional ethics, all and all, I give her 5 happy star.

Cristina is very knowledgeable. When selling our home she was the right person to trust. She really got the processing moving I didn’t expect to sell the house so fast. She was always available to answer my questions and I know I got a better selling price on my house because of her advice.
