Cristina is very knowledgeable. When selling our home she was the right person to trust. She really got the processing moving I didn’t expect to sell the house so fast. She was always available to answer my questions and I know I got a better selling price on my house because of her advice.

I made the BEST possible decision when I selected Cristina as my listing agent. First, she advised me in advance about what improvements to do to my house and how to aesthetically make it look great for showing. Then, the way she staged, photographed, videoed, and presented my house was so professional -- nothing short of exceptional. Top notch! I couldn't have asked for a better listing agent. Also, because I ended up finding a house to buy out of state way sooner than originally planned, I was on a VERY tight time slot; Cristina managed to pull it together and get my house staged, listed, shown, and sold within literally 4 days, well above asking. I highly recommend Cristina for her experience, knowledge, design skills, and marketing ability. It is no wonder she is top rated and has won so many awards. Thank you so much, Cristina! Amy

This is the 4th time I have used Cristina as my realtor. I have used her for both selling and buying a home. I am once again blown away by her professionalism and talent. This last time when I asked her to be the realtor to sell my home she agreed to do so even tho my home was not in her area that she works. She always has beautiful professional pictures of the home taken, which I know helps so much with the final sale price of the home. It was a privilege to work with Cristina again.
