Jonathan has sold almost 4000 homes. You can tell by his experience he knows how to sell your home. Great Job all around Jon. Jon helped us sell a home between Thanksgiving and New Years Eve. That is not the best time of the year to sell a home. His Marketing efforts helped sell this home.

Our realtor was James Shelton. We looked at homes off and on for a year and no matter when or where or how many, he set things up and would give us a walkthrough and go over everything he could find on the place in detail. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. Using a realtor was a newer experience for us, but we never felt pressured or rushed about anything, and he was actually the best part of our entire selling and buying process. Went above and beyond, he was helping us buy, but went out of his way and helped communicate with my lousy bank and a title company to get us through some unnecessary road blocks with our sell as well. If he felt like he could help out with something, he did. It never felt like he was trying to sell us a house, it genuinely felt like he wanted to be sure we could find a place that we wanted to call our home.

I worked with Amanda Hamblin, in this group. She was incredible. Always available day or night, worked with me on my crazy schedule, always explained everything in great detail, and made the entire process so simple and stress-free. 100% recommend Amanda Hamblin. Heather Fugate did an excellent job listening to us, and marketing our property in a professional and effective manner. She worked well with buyers and consistently defended our interests.
