Bailey is friendly and knowledgeable. She is quick to respond and answers questions. She was up front with things she didn’t know and found the answers from the sellers agent or the sellers. The inspectors and financial people she uses are quality and professional as well. The house we bought was not an easy transaction but Bailey was there every step. It was a frustrating experience at times, but Bailey tried to make things right. Thank you, Bailey!

Bailey was a real joy to work with. She was so patient with us as we tried to decide what we wanted - house? Condo? Move-in ready? Fixer-upper? - and talked about the pros and cons of properties with an honesty that helped us make those decisions. She knows the Columbia market very well.
