She guided us through both sides of the process, from helping us find and purchase our new home, while also navigating the challenges of selling our previous property. Even when the buyers on our old home made things frustrating, Bailey remained patient, professional and persistent, making sure everything stayed on track. Bailey did a fantastic job for us. Her professionalism and knowledge of the Lake market was over the top. Every time we had a question or needed assistance through the purchasing process, she was there for us, in a timely fashion. If we need a realtor again, Bailey is who we are calling!

I was the seller in this situation, Bailey brought potential buyers into my house. I came home after the showing was finished and found they had tracked mud into every room of my house, including downstairs. It had been raining outside and so it was muddy. I was devastated, rightfully so because I had to then mop the entire house. The disrespect from multiple agents showing my home was mind blowing. So glad it is over with. Sold my home May 2024.
