So many incredible things to say about Shannon but she’s very patient, very knowledgeable, very protective of her clients, and also so well poised. Buying a home can have so many obstacles, which ours did, and she navigates them so well with such grace and understanding without coming across passive. Highly recommend!!

I've known Shannon for many years. She's always available to answer questions & point us in the right direction. Shannon helped us purchase our current home 8 years ago & now our dream lot to build our forever home. When it's time to sell our current home, we'll definitely be using Shannon again! Would 1000% recommend!

Shannon was excellent throughout the entire process. I am moving from St. Louis to Columbia and she was patient with me while I focused on selling my home. Once I was ready to start seriously looking in Columbia, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and listened to me on what I was looking for. Shannon was amazing to work with and I highly recommend her.

We used Dan Fowler as our realtor when we first moved to the Columbia area and he found us the perfect house for our family and was there to make every step of the process amazing. We were new to the area with no contacts and Dan truly became a friend and trusted agent. When it came time to sell our home, we knew we had to use the Hive Real Estate Group for the job and once again, they did not disappoint. Shannon Drewing was our listing agent and she exceeded every expectation. She was super personable, easy to talk to and always there whenever we needed her. Buying and selling homes is always a stressful process but The Hive truly made it as wonderful and easy as possible. Highly recommend!
