He handled everything carefully and professionally. Very easy to get in contact with, very passionate about his work and he will more than likely get you the best deal possible. Only knock is he sometimes gets very busy because of his work load which can effect availability when looking for houses, but more often than not, he will make plans around your schedule to make sure you are getting the best experience possible.

Aziz was a pleasure to work with, even when I became stressed and overwhelmed a little with the entire process. He was able to help me maintain focus and he really understands the value of a dollar. He negotiated hard for me and left me with the sense I not only paid a fair price for the property but had a little left over for some updates and improvements. He was always available and a quick phone call or text away, and did not always wait for me to reach out - very proactive but not pushy. He also had a list of professionals from home inspectors to real estate lawyers that were fairly priced and very professional. I would definitely recommend and use Aziz again if I am in the market again in the future.

I met Aziz by chance when I was looking at a property that he was in the process of closing on. We talked and he went to work finding me properties the same day . He is very knowledgeable and will keep you from purchasing a bad property. I would use him again and refer him to friends and associates with no hesitation.

Mr Shabazz was very professional and courteous in his services. He was top notch and on time from day one when he came to inspect the property whereby he took professional quality pictures of the property, he also recommended several real estate attorneys. Mr Shabazz was very knowledgeable of the entire process and kept me abreast of all details of the process, he was a great help as the intermediary between the attorney and myself, I would highly recommend his services and expertise as a real estate agent.

I had a great experience with Aziz who helped me with the purchase of a 2 flat building. Aziz was friendly, knowledgeable and overall easy to work with. I recommend him to anyone that’s looking for their first or even a new home!
