We used Ashley and her team for the selling of our house, renting of a temporary house, and the purchase of a new build. Ashley is honest, upfront, and helpful. She always took the time to listen to our desires and make recommendations. She has an awesome team that supports her. Nicole is extremely organized and very responsive. She assisted us with finding our rental and was patient and accommodating. During our new build, she scheduled the inspectors for us so we didn’t have to keep track of any deadlines. The construction contractor that Ashley works with is fantastic. We have already used him on our new house. He delivers as promised and does quality work. He also makes great recommendations. Working with Ashley and her team has made life so much easier in what could have been one of the most stressful times.

We have worked with Ashley and her team twice, once to buy a house in 2018 and once to sell a house in 2024. They are very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They have an excellent network of contacts and service providers to call on as needed. Ashley is a true pro at negotiating on your behalf with the other party's realtor/agent. I would definitely recommend Ashley Austin Homes and would hire them again. It is a pleasure to work with them.

Ashley and her whole team do an outstanding job of serving their clients needs. I have done many transactions with Ashley Stucki and have never been disappointed in anyway.
