Sarah Spence was a pleasure to work with and so helpful with the purchase of our property at Holly Lake Ranch, TX. She was always friendly and very quickly responded to any and all questions that we had, and very patient as we looked at numerous properties there on several different occasions, sometimes helping us go back for a second look. She always was prepared with all of the specifications about each house, so we were better informed and had good information for us on living in this area and operating in the Homeowners Association. Once she came and picked us up at the last minute to get to a showing because our battery had died! She helped us to negotiate the sale and terms to our satisfaction and met with inspectors so that we did not have to be there in person. She was always prompt and on time and was there as we signed at the title company too, to make certain everything went smoothly. Even after signing, she said to be sure and ask her if we needed anything, since she lives in the area, and we currently don't, and she could help us out.

John and Ashley are beyond fantastic. We had looked at numerous properties online and finally decided on the one we wanted to tour. The Rawls Team was assigned to the property, but what an amazing connection for us. They are attentive, courteous, professional, prompt, candid, knowledgeable and responsive… just to name a few characteristics. Our iterative list of questions was managed and promptly answered. John was very knowledgeable on reasonable prices for the area. Their team of inspectors was by far the best we have experienced over several home purchases. I highly recommend them -- they listen and work to get you the property you want.
